The involvement in the process will ensure that the junior workers will strive to give their best, especially when it comes to matters of original presentations of projects. Further, Ariana, having not been involved in the development of the code, should come up with measures that will curb such ethical issues, such as devising a way of ascertaining the originality of an individual’s code presentation. Employees need to be given perhaps substantive time to finish their presentations on time. Imperatively, there needs to be an ideal relationship between the boss and the employees so that employees can air their concerns in the course of presentation development.
